PROPER BADGE USAGE

  1. If you volunteer during school, after school, field trips, plays, performances, etc ... you must be an approved volunteer. Applications are provided for you in the front office or oline here. The fee is $25.00. Check or money order made payable to Polk County School Board.
  2. Please bring your current driver license or current identification to the front office to obtain a paper Volunteer Badge.
  3. Your badge is not used for dropping and picking up your child/children.
  4. Please don't roam campus or interrupt teachers. Teachers are on a tight schedule.
  5. Volunteer badges are for pre-arranged volunteering, only.
  6. Please sign in and out each time. Our school receives credit. Please sign in/out using the computer located in the front office. Failure to sign in and record your hours using the front office computer, may result in your volunteer status becoming deactivated by the district.
  7. Make sure you are visibly wearing your badge at all times. Law Enforcement makes frequent stops and checks our school.
  8. Please enter and leave through the front office.
  9. Please do not take your child/children out of class and leave early without properly checking them out through the front office. Reminder: No student check outs after 3:00 p.m.
